our estate
bountiful Organic sustainable
Set atop the beautiful hills of Ewelme village, our organic farm and vineyard is located in the Chiltern Hills Area of Outstanding Beauty.
With a commitment to organic and sustainable farming, Ewelme Hills boasts 20,000 vines for wine production as well as pear and apple orchards for crafting pear cider and apple brandy.
The estate also features over 20 beehives and polytunnels for growing a variety of fruits and vegetables, both for consumption within the estate and sharing with the local community.

our vineyard
premium organic estate grown
Spanning ten acres of south-facing slopes, the vineyard is home to over 20,000 vines, including Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier, and Seyval Blanc grapes.
While England is primarily known for its sparkling wines, at Ewelme Hills, we are working to produce the first highly regarded English Pinot Noir, alongside premium quality sparkling.

our bees
Honey & Candles from the estate
Over 20 hives house our industrious bees, who in turn help pollinate our vines, vegetables and wild flowers and generally support biodiversity.
Every year we harvest an abundant supply of honey and of course bees wax which we use to make candles and soaps.

our vegetables
organically farmed on the estate
We have a several polytunnels and caged raised beds, which we use for growing a variety of fruits and vegetables.
As with the rest of our estate the vegetable production is exclusively organic and sustainably farmed.
Our vegetable boxes are seasonal and may include anything from cucumbers to carrots, potatoes, leeks, squash or celeriac.
